Clear, simple returns — 14-day window

Return window

We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Condition for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received them
With original tags, labels and packaging intact
Returned with the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

How to start a return

Email us at support@moonblack.store with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with approval and return instructions, including the return address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS].
Please do not send items back without return approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Return shipping

If your return is accepted, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label and instructions when applicable. If we do not provide a label, return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Damages, defects & wrong items

Inspect your order on arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email photos and order details to support@moonblack.store immediately. We’ll make it right.

Exceptions & non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom/personalized items, personal care/intimate products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards. Contact us if you’re unsure about a product.

Exchanges

To exchange, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct item. If an exchange is possible, we’ll explain the process after approval.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

For deliveries to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Returned items must meet the condition requirements above.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact support@moonblack.store
