Thank you for shopping with Moon Black. We provide free shipping across India on all orders. Below is everything you need to know about processing, delivery, tracking and how we handle issues.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (sales, festivals, launches), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
Shipping & delivery (India only)
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Metro areas receive orders sooner; remote regions may take slightly longer.
Shipping charges
Free Shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Order tracking
Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. You can also track your order via our Track Order page.
Incorrect address & returns
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Moon Black is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order returns due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked Delivered by the courier, Moon Black cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. We will assist you in raising a case with the courier if required.
Damaged packages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@moonblack.store with photos of the product and packaging.
